About the Course

Safe and Effective Pilates Workouts For Pre and Postnatal Women

Welcome to my online Pilates for Pregnancy course!! Thank you for joining me during such an important time in your life!

My goal with creating this course is to provide a safe and educational space for women to workout both before and after delivery. This course will provide a way for you to workout within the comforts of your own home, while helping you feel strong, able bodied, and comfortable during these 9 precious months of your life.

Exercise can be such a wonderful starting point for soon-to-be mothers to connect with their body and their baby. My online course will help keep you strong and stable without putting any additional or inappropriate strain on the rectus abdominis, linea alba, or pelvic floor. These muscles are already so strained by your growing belly and baby, so training and strengthening the core muscles properly during pregnancy and post-birth is of utmost importance.

Through these online mat classes, I hope to help you create the optimal body for delivery and recovery. We will strengthen the core stabilizing muscles in the pelvis and spine, and integrate a strong breathing practice into your workouts.

Courses Designed For Everyone:

  • Prenatal Course

    This course provides a fun, safe and educational space for you to do weekly workouts during your pregnancy. It will provide a way for you to workout in your own home, on your own time, while helping you feel strong, able bodied, and comfortable. I suggest you do my workouts 1-3 times per week, and enjoy light workouts or walks on the other days.

  • Postnatal Course

    After delivery, you will need time and rest to recover. Please do not rush into any workouts, including these. My course provides weekly workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home, and in short bursts- perfect for during nap time! Learn how to heal your core gently and correctly, while working to gain back the strength you had pre-pregnancy.
